Having studied in Köln from world-renowned decorative slater Hans Peters, Llechen Lân now brings ornamental slate design to our roofing and cladding jobs, as well as providing stand alone pieces.
Decorative slating brings artistry to the practical task of water-proofing and can be used both inside and outside buildings and in gardens. Our designs are generally co-created with clients, many of whom choose images which represent something close to their hearts.
These pieces take a great deal of skill to create as each slate must provide sufficient overlap to stop water ingress as well as making up the design.
